I believe what sets Caleb Maxwell apart from other contractors is his amazing knowledge base. He's Capable of building / doing anything, and has mastered pretty much ever field there is in the Construction industry! I'm always blown away with the things he can do things from custom concrete work, Landscaping, General Contracting fancy metal working u name it.
I Truly believe because of that knowledge. He is able to look at the larger picture and bring things to your attention that could cause trouble later down the line that you would never of thought of, or thing that could complicate other parts of the Project later on! which is a very rare trait for a Excavator Contractor, sense it kind of seems like most only know how to move some earth material and do the bare Minimum...... They typically never bring things that could save you money down the line, or other options to improve your project.

I truly believe because of what Caleb Knows and in so many different fields he has a huge advantage and dose the best work I've personally seen! He also always makes sure its done RIGHT! No having to hire someone to fix things 5- 10 years down the line. when having him do your work thats for sure! He also explains things very well, and you will know what all is being done and why its being done that way and from my experience and from others i know Caleb never adds hidden mark ups fee's to his bids!!! If something changes or there's a unseen occurrence he brings it to your attention right away and dose everything to work with you to make sure its as cheap as possible and sometimes he will take a cut just to be able to keep his word! this guy is in his mid 30's and is more experienced imo then most 60 year old's thats been doing excavation there whole life! i i'm me so grateful i found him and i will always sing his praises to anyone that will listen!

He's done a few projects for me over the years a new road, a Large Boulder wall, leveled out a site and graveled a area. fix the water run off issues I've fought for for 10 years because the original excavators didn't do a good enough job sloping the yard from the house! He also doing a landscape project on our back hillside that over grown with black berries every year! and hauled off a few loads of materials for me. i wont ever use anyone else if i have to. I'll wait months!!! tell i can get him. Even though he's always quick and honest about his time frame! Tony A.
