    Bought a home they flipped

    Bought a home from Kyle Skinner, contacted Coluzzi to flip the home. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Both Kyle and Mitch covered up major mold and water damage, did not insulate interior walls after gutting the dry wall, covered a lot of things that were structural issues. Took Kyle Skinner to court and then Mitch got involved and both tried to run from being responsible for their poor, and that’s being nice, their poor work. Worst mistake you will ever make when dealing with Coluzzi Construction. People like him don’t deserve anyone’s business or to be in business
