Very unprofessional. They showed up at my house without the proper tools. Tim gave me a cash "discount" in which I paid $6,500 for a sewer repair that did not work, six months later he charged me an additional $$2,830 to replace 15 feet of plastic sewer pipe less than 3 feet deep.
