I hired Comars Construction. The build with them was a disaster from the first footing inspection that failed. Almost everything we asked to included in the estimate was not included. We were charged $18,000 in extra charges and he tried to add an extra $22,000 at the final billing and he did not build the addition per the drawings. Personal property was damaged and never paid for or replaced. Then he disappeared and cancelled his email account. We went to add a deck and found out that not one of the final inspections were completed. Final electrical, plumbing and building inspections were never done. It turns out he paid a master electrician and master plumber to use their license only to do the work himself wrong. The electrical failed inspection multiple times and the master electrician had his license revoked in our county. The plumbing and building failed also. To make matters worse he installed an air conditioning only unit for the addition. There was no heat pump in the unit causing our monthly electricity bills to sky rocket from $ 200 to 300 up to $600 to 900 hundred. These are just a couple of items, there are many things he did wrong or didn't do. He lied, committed fraud and cut corners everywhere he could. There is no way anyone should ever use Comars Contruction nor should they trust anything Omar Juarez says.
