I hope you are reading this because before you hire a contractor you want to make sure the company is legit and provides quality service a customer would expect to receive.
This WILL NOT happen if you hire COMCO Commercial. The President of this company is a elderly man with absolutely no knowledge of construction let alone ever actually have a clue to actual building codes. The President , a Mr. Bill Dedman , is a retired lawyer . He may have passed the bar yet has no clue to the codes required for the class A license he holds. If you research the history of Comco Commercial you'll discover the license was purchased by Mr.Dedman from the actual person that took all the tests required to obtain . You'll meet Mr.Dedman's only employee Mr. Dave Metzger. Dave has construction experience and is knowledgeable in some areas yet not all. Comco Commercial is the Dedman and Metzger show. Their crews of worker employees is smoke and mirrors. They will run around in circles trying to sub-contract out your project to whatever they can find that happens to be slow in customers. As soon as the business picks up for the ones Bill hired your project will come to a complete stop. You'll hear incredible mishaps that Comco has experienced and is never Dave's lack of time management skills including planning or giving a accurate forecast regarding job completion. They do actually finish the job at some point and is done correctly . Sometimes they have to redo some work due to failing inspection or rushing the project paying no attention to the plans. Bill and his only employee Dave will give you a good honest quote for the job required and will finish what they started yet you'll find yourself clueless when work may begin or it starts one day and a week later somebody arrives to work the second day. Your project will never reach 100% completion , it will eventually get close to completion but never cross the finish line.
