Blake is a nice guy but his work ethic is questionable. He was not on top of his subcontractors and at times did not even know when they were working on my job. We had several redo's and often he blamed his subs and helpers for the many problems/issues that he was responsible for being the general.
His uses laborers instead of craftsman. Much of the work he did in regards to electrical and plumbing had to redone by a licensed experienced professional. He may be better suited for small construction projects instead of major. He tends to take on more projects than he can handle and certainly does not have the manpower to complete a project in a timely manner.
I question if he understands all the building codes and pulls permits when necessary. Do your homework!
