Sent out by my AHS contract. Fixed the broken AC. It last 9 hours and broke again. Said it was the blower this time but couldn't fix the blower before first cleaning the unit for $180 not covered by the contract. Pay first, thenhe will fixit. Told him to hit the road.

The guy couldn't speak good English and did horrible repairs. My warranty company sent him out. I would never choose such a bad company. All he wanted to do was trash the work done on my heater by a good company, and try to get me to use him for non-warranty work. It took four or five visits to get my heater half -fixed. I finally got disgusted and didn't waste time with the warranty company, and went to a qualified technician.

I've been a real estate agent in Bucks County for over 30 years. Because of this, I realize the importance of having a home warranty on my house especially since it's starting to age and things are breaking down. I came in touch with this company because of my home warranty and I'm so glad I did. There's a technician there named Roman who's an absolute genius and can fix anything. Since he's done such a great job at my house, I always recommend him to my own customers and every single one of them rave about him. One of my customers was told by more than one company that they needed an entire new unit. Roman came in and said they were wrong and fixed the problem. I'm writing this review because I know that most people only write reviews when they're unhappy about the service. I'm sad to see that there were some bad reviews for this company because I know how good they are. So that's my take on Comfort Air - highly recommended. Ask for Roman!!!!
