The one star is for their price. The worst service in Rochester. 1. I bought my house that is less than one year old, so everything is in warranty. My bath fan didn’t work so called them to fix it. After fixing it, they told me the warranty is only for the first owner of the house! This is so funny! I have never heard warranty goes with owner! 2. It took them 2 months to come over during that two months I called them 6 times! They said they decided the priority of projects. What?? Bath fan is not high priority, particularly in summer!? I guess bigger project with more money has higher priority.

Absolutely stay away! Literally go with anyone else. We had an addition built and a second furnace and a/c installed and 3 bath fans to update our old farmhouse. He was difficult to communicate with and very arrogant. We let him know that our bath fan was not moving air sufficiently in our main bathroom and was rattling after installation. He looked at it and said it was moving air fine and the rattling might go away and would not replace it or make any adjustment. The bathroom walls are wet after every shower in there and it still rattles. He does not stand behind his work and his arrogance gets in the way of customer satisfaction as he clearly has difficulty admitting when work needs adjustment. The last day work was completed he asked me to let my husband know that the air filter should be replaced again in our furnace. Turns out that he took it upon himself to remove it and leave it leaning up against our furnace. We discovered this a couple of weeks later and our system ran without any filter during that time.
Lastly, our main air conditioner that had been cooling the house stopped working after their work was completed with installing our second system and duct work throughout. We called to see if anything could have happened to cause this during construction. His suggestion was to check the fuse box and air filter (insert eye roll). He told us he would be able to come out early the next week to look at it. That time came and went and a few messages were sent inquiring if they were coming since it had been weeks since we spoke. He tells me now, over a month later that he will charge $85/hr plus travel fees to look at it and to let him know if I want him to come out! Needless to say we are going with another company to assess the a/c unit.
