They are horrible. They didn't honor the 1 year warranty that I purchased. I called them on 7/26/17 at 9am because my air conditioning went out on a 95 degree day and said they would be here between 2-4pm and they never came or called me, I then called them and they said they were running late and it would be after 4pm, well 4pm came and went and no call from them and I gave them till 8pm. So I called and again and got an answering service, I left a message and still no return call. So I ended up having to call Cool Quest and they showed up on time. I would never use Cool Ducts again nor do I recommend anybody else.
