Manny and the rest of the friendly crew at Comfort Climate really impressed us with their expert knowledge and professional work.
We started with a small, wheezing furnace struggling to keep up with a multistory historic house, and ended up with a state of the art system with heat and central air driving three separately controllable and programmable zones, with an independent but complementary ductless system providing additional heating and air conditioning control to cover a finished attic that previously lacked HVAC of any kind, along with a luxurious "power boost" of heating or cooling horsepower to a master bed / bath and central landing area.
Each step of the way, we were impressed with the crew's no-nonsense approach, technical understanding, honesty, courtesy, and professional ethics. Manny and Comfort Climate clearly communicated the real-world technical rationale behind the what, where, why, when, and how of the work they were doing, and did a great job of explaining the performance improvement versus cost ramifications at every decision point, so that we could make informed decisions and considered "cost vs benefit analysis" choices without feeling like we were being "upsold" or getting "dumbed down" information - this was important to us as both the adults in this household come from construction industry backgrounds, so we know when we're being "rolled."
It's great when any vendor, person in the trades, or any other business for that matter is straight with their customers and will tell you when something wouldn't be worth the time, expense, or tearing into yet another wall.
That builds trust and trust builds return customers for life.
I'd recommend Comfort Climate for any residential or commercial HVAC project without reservation. After our family's experience with this business, they'll always be our first call, first choice.
