    I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Comfort Control for 2 service calls. I would tell anyone thinking of calling this company to go elsewhere. They were supposed to clean out my clogged AC lines so the water could drain properly. They said they did this, but I later found out they did not. They also told me I needed a new evaporator coil when I was later told by another company that my evaporator coil was in perfect condition. It gets worse- see my Better Business Bureau complaint # 90346292 dated 4/11/2016.
    As far as I'm concerned they still owe me a $225.00 refund for not doing the work they said they did. Complaining to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation did nothing- they said it was a civil matter and they could not help me.
    Do yourself a favor and take your business to someone else.

    This needs to be removed. it is 6 years old and has since been resolved. We have thousands of satisfied customers. Also the Service Tech that performed that persons work is no longer employed by us.
