  replace furnace and A/C

  Service was fast and efficient and effective. Earlier this summer I called because a/c stopped blowing cool air and Tim came the same day and repaired the unit. My furnace and a/c had been failing a few times this past year as the are 25 years old. At the end of August the compressor in the a/c stopped working so I decided to purchase a new a/c and furnace, figuring I was living on borrowed time with both units. Life expectancy on high efficiency furnaces and a/c is only about 17 years, so both units served me well over the past 25 years. When I called Tim at Comfort control Services he came out the next day and looked over my old a/c and gave me a quote for new a/c and furnace at which time he also told me to get other quotes as to get the best bang for my buck. I got 3 other local quotes the next day and his quote was 20% -25% lower than other quotes, and for better units on two of the other quotes. I contracted with Comfort Control Services and had new equipment installed up and running within 3 days. Other bids told me it would be a week or 10 days before they could get equipment installed. I would highly recommend Comfort Control Services for your heating and a/c needs. Fast, efficient and fair pricing.
