    They were great from start to finish when I contacted them yesterday from work to come fix my 20 yr plus old dinosaur that died that morning. I said I couldn't leave work and was concerned about extra charges and/or a grumpy tech if they came out late. Bryan who took my call said they charge the same 24/7 and will back up their service. We made the appointment for when I got home from work. Cal gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was just finishing up and would only be a few minutes late which is huge to me as a customer. Cal fixed it and evaluated it and showed me everything I was pretty much aware of, because it was not only rusting to pieces, but it was clanging very loud. He did get it running again and I knew time was still limited and as busy as I am, I just needed to go ahead and make the move to get this done so I wouldn't be dripping with sweat as I left my house that morning to go into work again. I had zero pressure as Cal told me about several options and this is important too, because I would have paid him and sent him on his way if I felt one ounce of pressure. We figured out the best option for my house and for my budget. Cal told me everything he would be doing and details on warranties because I had zillions of questions and had to process everything. I asked him if he could install tomorrow while I was at work and he guaranteed I would not be disappointed. With bad experiences with other service providers of every kind along the way (some good too) I was really curious if I was going to come home from work with a disaster of a mess or an excuse as to why they couldn't get to it that day. Seriously, you have been there and done it if you own a place.
    Very long story short, when I got home everything was perfect and Cal left a note with all of the info I needed to go online like he told me to up my warranty to 10 yrs instead of 5 years at no extra charge and told me to call anytime with any question. He left his personal cell number in case I needed to contact him which I did about one question. He got right back with me which is also huge. I am busy! He also told me they may charge a little more when we talked yesterday, but if you have people that back what they say, you are saving money and time. I am confident that they will back up everything because of their efficiency so far that is impressive.
    I would seriously be surprised if I ever had to rewrite this review with anything negative. I am a happy customer!!!!!!!!!!

    We realized Friday night that our A/C was running and blowing air but it was warm. We were recommended by a friend to call Bryan at Comfort Experts Heating and Air. Bryan talked with us right away. He asked my husband a few questions over the phone about what was going on with the air conditioner. He explained over the phone what he thought might be wrong and said he would be at our house in an hour. Bryan arrived within the hour time frame and was very nice to work with. He was professional and polite. Bryan realized fairly quickly that it was our capacitor that was bad and was able to replace it right away. He also went out of his way to ask what type of filters we use (the cheapest kind!) and explained to us that they weren't the best filters to use. He told us about a different type of filter to buy that will help with the running of the A/C and will work better but still be fairly inexpensive. Bryan also went out of his way to show my husband how to flush the drain line outside the house which will increase the efficiency of the A/C. He was very helpful and knowledgable and I will definitely be calling Bryan at Comfort Experts anytime I need maintenance or repairs done to my heating/cooling system.
