Horrible experience from this business. Replaced our nine years ago and it leaked the week after it was installed. Comfort Homes claimed they were not hired to fix the part of the roof that was causing the leak. On one of the days they were supposed to be working on our roof, they pulled the workers off to work on a another, more expensive home.
We are now looking at thousands of dollars to repair the damage they did. The roof leaked in areas it didn't leak before they supposedly repaired it. We have given up trying to get them to fix it. They have denied we ever contacted them about the problem.
Please, buyer beware!!!!! We don't want anyone else to go through something like this.

Still waiting for my deck project to be completed. It has been over 8 months and I am no longer getting a response. I am trying to figure out how to get this unfinished project done. In addition, the work was poorly done. There was rework for gaps in the bottom board portion of the deck and loose railings. Work done was sloppy and poor.
I would not recommend this company.
