This is by far the very best HVAC contractor in the Milwaukee area. Bud and his daughter are a great team. Very personable and knowledgeable. They make sure they answer all your questions and keep you in the know on how to operate your equipment efficiently. I wish all repair places were like this dynamic duo !! Before you call anyone else call them !!

Bud from Comfort Master has repaired/serviced my boiler on more than one occasion. Knowledgeable and gets the job done right. I recommend using comfort master.

Came out to do a assessment of my boiler. His evaluation seemed to be on the verge of nonsensical when he was providing it, but with my limited understanding of boilers did not have the confidence to push back. After getting second opinion and third confirming opinion, I can confidently say, stay clear of this company.

I would avoid Comfort Master. They did a terrible job. I left them 3 messages to make it right and I was never called back.
Comfort Master came out to our home, sent by American Home Shield through our home warranty, and Bud spent less than 5 minutes looking at our humidifier, and claimed that it was never installed properly. Well, he was quite wrong. He claimed that a humidistat was never installed on it. However, he did not check our Smart Ecobee Thermostat which has a humidistat in the Smart thermostat. He also did not check the exit tube from the humidifier which has mineral deposits showing that at one time the humidifier worked just fine.
Comfort Master took us and American Home Shield to the cleaners, by taking our money and offering terrible professionalism. I would not go near this company.
After three phone calls with American Home Shield, they contracted with another company who sent out a technician who checked our Smart Thermostat which reveals that we have a working humidistat in the Smart thermostat, he checked the exit tube on the humidifier which revealed mineral deposits, and then he checked the wiring on the relay, fixed it, and our humidifier is now working just fine.
