Rubin and his team quickly and efficiently installed a new furnace at a good price. Unfortunately, they fastened a metal strip over the filter making it extremely difficult to remove. I called and emailed many times, but rarely got a response. When he did answer an email, he said he would be over “Thursday,” but never came and never called. The next month when I called, he said he would be over “at three” but never came and never called. A third time he promised to send someone at 3:30 that afternoon “to make things right,” but no one came or called. His installers created the problem but he wouldn’t correct it.

Good service with install of furnace and air conditioning unit. Fair price and easy to work with. Absolutely no follow up on questions or concerns. Sets appointment and no show.
We had the units installed January and May of 2020.
