    An Extremely Unpleasant and Enormously Unethical Business - Best to Steer Clear. I encountered this company via AHS, and to my dismay, they demanded additional payments beyond what WHS had already covered, a practice that was completely unjustified. For a simple HVAC PARTS replacement, they astonishingly imposed a $400+ fee for pulling a permit, and an exorbitant $1200 for installing Freon in a residential AC unit.

    Comfort Pros NJ installed a new AC unit after the installation I had a gas leak due to unprofessional installed they billed my home warranty I called them again to fix the leak the technician fixed the leak and added 10-12 LB of gas
    After I turn the AC it made loud noise I called them again and the techsaid I need to replace the cooling unit which is more than $3,000 he also EMPTY the gas :as a safety reason
    I called another technician from a few companies all of them told me the pips been installed the wrong way and the tech from comfort Pros NJ empty the gas completely and now to fix it will be easy fix but to add the gas will cost more than $1,500 and he shouldn't empty it
    I called comfort Pros NJ they said they won't send the guy to fill up the gas since it's expensive gas and cost a lot I asked them why in the world he empty the gas ? They didn't answers just silent then they said we can't help you ask your home warranty to send another company or to pay us for the gas .... but you empty it why ? They just hung up on me

    KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. JENNIFER INSISTS THAT CUSTOMERS PAY PRIOR TO THE SERVICE BEING RENDERED AND THEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T WANT THE SERVICE SHE COMES UP WITH TRUMPED UP FEES. SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BUYERS BEWARE.
