I have never given a bad review, this is the first time. This is one person company of you get stuck with it then know that you are at mercy of one person. He did not complete the job and would not answer calls or reply to emails. Very unprofessional. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

This guy Richard Esponoza owner of Confort Savior is a hack!! He doesn’t know what he’s doing when it comes to installing air handlers in mobile homes! He failed to read the instructions stating that the unit had to be converted to a down flow by installing a coil conversion kit. He just continued to hack it in until I stopped him and contacted my warranty company. They fired him and sent another technician out to confirm that he did install incorrectly. Stay away from this clown. Check his credentials!! He’s license is expired!!!
