Back in 2015 was when we had the work done, we would recommend them if their work crew was the same people..the unit we had put in was a carrier..good brand and they put in a vent in our living room, don't know how we lived without it, our old unit was a 30 year old Trane..the unit has serviced us well but can't speak about the service because nothing's gone wrong with it..so on a scale of 1 to 5, we'd give Comfort Zone Air a 5.
