We got in contact with Comfort Zone of Central Florida through a neighbor who used them in the past to replace ductwork in their home. We were given their card and were looking at different companies to give estimates on a new air conditioning system since ours was 18 years old. We called comfort zone first thing in the morning and Dawn answered, she was extremely courteous and professional and told us she would send out a technician first chance she got. I was suprised to find out estimates were free. The technician came out and estimated the job, they were completely on par with all the other bids and even under by a few hundered dollars on some. But what sold me on them was their professionalism, and quality of work. The technicians were very patient, friendly, and knowledgable. On Install day everything went as smooth as I could possibly hope for and it looks beautiful! We received a 10 year warranty on everything and a FREE case of filters as well. My electricity bill has dropped by over $40 a month and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone!
