They have come out to service our units now twice in the last few years and each time were great! Live in Valencia and it has been over 100 for the last 3 weeks. Both upstairs and downstairs units not working right, with the upstairs one freezing up last night. They came out first thing today even with their busy schedule and got them both running perfectly and fixed our condensation line at the same time. Super efficient and pleasant! Wish the home warranty would send them out every time.

Comfortguard was sent by my home warranty company on Friday to fix my air conditioner. They installed an incompatible part, which overloaded the circuit breaker, frying the breaker and partially melting the panel. Comfortguard promptly left the scene and said I needed an electrician. Now late afternoon, could not get electrician until morning, so not AC or hot water. Next morning, after electrician fixed Comfortguard's damage, I called them to return to fix the AC. Was told he was busy and would be back Monday. I pleaded with him that it would be 110 degrees that day, but to no avail. He did not return Monday either. "Gross incompetence and unprofessionalism at it's best" should be their slogan.

My home warranty company sent this contractor and it’s a scam. After multiple service calls the heater would break with 2 hours of them leaving. They don’t respond to texts and they have no voicemail. They would not provide me with a service report. I hired a competent technician and found the specific issue on their first visit. Don’t use this company. I recommend Elvira Ocean Air.
