Common sense roofing does a good job on the roof. The one problem that we continued to have was communication. This company needs to do a better job of communicating with customers. Also, one other thing is common sense doesn't need to back so close up to our house. They backed up with 1 inch to spare with when they started on Monday, and John told me there was a shipment coming in. John didn't tell me it was coming to our house on Tuesday I was ready to leave and had no idea until they showed up Tues morning. So when western material came by I thought they wanted to do our roof.
.They said they had a shipment for us after I said that. Then western material got so close to our house with only 1 inch to spare in front of windows. The on wed Common sense roofing came back to finish up and put on the wrong ridge cap. Western material put the wrong ridge cap on their truck and brought out the wrong product.
