We wanted to restore the exterior of our 40yo house as well as make some minor changes and additions. First-the house was power washed and painted with a vastly different color scheme.
Mechanical work included raising and repair of the front porch. Decking and railings were replaced as well.
The screened porch had its screens replaced
We replaced the rear decking surface and railing as well.
Awnings were constructed over a door on the rear deck and over my heat pump at the end of the shed.
Communication with David Lambert was excellent. We got exactly what we wanted. David’s work crew chief suggested a change in the orientation of the boards of Trex on the rear deck that reduced costs $4000-which David took off of my bill. David was very detailed and transparent about the job and subsequent costs-including savings. This is known as honesty in business dealings. All too rare these days.
We are extremely pleased with the results and the transaction. Walter does beautiful work and the house looks brand new. We are glad to have made friends with David and Walter’s crew and will certainly ask to have them back for any additional work. We highly recommend CB&D for your project too.
