    Best contractor around. He does woodworking, plumbing, electric, tiling, just about anything around the house. He’s fair, reasonable & extremely honest. I’d recommend him for ANY a job around the house!

    Michael built our home in Lake Wylie amd we could not be more pleased with the finished product. We interviewed quite a few builders in the Lake Wylie area and the quality of his product stood avove the others.

    Nice home, not such a nice guy

    My last home was built by Michael Palmer in 2005 when his business was called Carolina Fine Homes, he sold me a 4/5 bedroom home per the MLS listing. We found out last year when selling the home that our septic system was undersized, we had septic field lines sized for a 3 bedroom home. I spoke with Michael Palmer about this problem, he assured more that he would take care of the mistake. Then he stopped answering my calls, it cost me $4,800 to correct the problem, having to install the additional field lines. We also a full price sale of the home. If you are building a home is that the type of contractor that you want to put your trust in?

    Mr Goodwin no longer lives in Greenville. He has not lived at the address provided in six years. He was not very good at doing repairs or carpentry. His house was a Harry the homeowner disaster.

    I had this company come pressure wash and paint the exterior of my house and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company! They aslo give a military discount.
