We sent architectural drawings for a stand alone garage with a loft room to Community Builders in the beginning of May after talking to Jilll in the office and instructed to do this. We communicated with Jill several times through email and phone concerning status of a quote for our garage. We were even asked to send a lot survey, which we did during our communications. At the end of May, in a phone conversation with Jill, we were told that a quote would be ready by the end of the week. I left two messages with the company when we did not hear anything back after 2 weeks. Today we received a call from the owner of Community Builders asking us to resend our garage plans because they had no recollection of having them! So, after several communications and a month of waiting, we had no quote and a rude phone call from the owner. Avoid this company!!!
