I can't say enough great things about Luciano and Compass Plumbing. We had a leak in a hot water pipe in our basement. Luciano was quick to respond. He was honest, quick and extremely fair in his pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you call Compass for any of your plumbing needs!

Luciano was great! Super friendly, straight to work on the issue. I had a split water valve on the main water line to my house, it was a good sized leak that was churning out thousands of gallons of water a week I know to me because it was underground. Luciano got everything squared away and fixed, even helped add some insulation around the area so it won’t freeze again (likely the culprit). Other groups I contacted weren’t going to be able to come out for 3+ weeks.

Luciano came to our house 3xs and was unable to fix the issue. The issue ended up causing drywall and water damage due to never having the plumbing fixed correctly. Luciano always seemed over busy and in a hurry and rather than finding the root issue did quick fixes. He also had a very long lead time and missed the last appointment I made. Decided to go with a more qualified and professional plumber. Do not recommend.
