I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy. Mr. Soliz refuses to pay his employees. Do not work for him or give him work. He does not abide by labor laws and takes advantage of his employees by making promises that payment will be given upon completion of a job. Once done he will not answer calls or respond to emails and request to be paid in full for labor.
