Started off great. Had him install 2 different furnaces. First one was a swap out. That went well. Second Furnace install was a whole house and was suppose to get a permit from the city to do the job. Paid 3/4 upfront. Put the furnace in but no vents, No A/C or heating ducts. Come to find out he never pulled the permit. And now will not call me back or finish the job. Still has my house keys as well. We will be going to court. AVOID this guy if you want things done.
