Buyer Beware. We hired him to fix our camera system that wasn't working. He installed the camera system 3 years earlier. He quoted a price of $2k to fix a problem in the system he installed. After he was done he tried to charge us $6k. We refused to be held hostage by someone like this. We will be making a formal complaint to the contractors board. Make sure you get a Firm quote prior to hiring him. He is not very knowledgeable, takes multiple trips to fix something and charges you for his incompetence.
