When it came to Commercial Roofing this company did a before video showing a walk through and explanations of all of our issues. When done they provided a video of completed work. That alone is impressive! Their pricing was fantastic and when occasional problems occurred they showed back up. A lot of roofers don't, but they did.

When it comes to commercial roofing they provided photos and video of problem areas, gave us multiple options to resolve our issues, did the work in a timely fashion, and when we did have a leak they came back. That's what impressed us the most, the came back multiple times until the issue was located and resolved. Their low pricing allows us to do annual maintenance and we have calculated that saves us thousands!

This contractor gave us not one but multiple options to choose from. He let us know the benefits of each option. Instead of telling us we had problems, he showed us with photos and a video.
