Do not trust this company and the Owner Merrill Brouillette. They did a horrible job on the floor on March 2015.
My floor was uneven, lack nails, lack moisture barriers, and no spacings.
Merrill makes a lot of promises and a lot of excuses when there are problems.
I had to hired a certified inspector and took him to court in New Orleans in order to get my money back.
On April 2016, the court judge awarded me the full amount that I paid him. He promised to pay within six weeks. It is almost October 2016 and he hasn't pay the full amount yet. He kept making excuses.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON and the Company. Floor & Decor and Lumber Liquidators have removed him from their list of recommended contractors.
It has been over a year...I have such a terrible experience....and it has not ended yet.
