Randy came out around 7 pm on September 7, 2022. He was stuck at another site. I thought that after 5 pm I wouldn't see anyone until the next day. The heat in my home was horrid, as my unit stoped working on the 7th. I was using floor fans to move the air with a bucket of ice in front of the fan. For some reason, my air conditioner wasn't worling peoperly. Randy came out and repaired my unit, making sleeping a dream. he gave me the short and long version as I have a leak somewhere. we went with the short version at this time. Randy was wonderful!
