  Saw ad for $189 fall clean up and $39 gutter cleaning with a clean up :… called dec 1st.
  Person on the phone asked how big the property was we said a half acre, but we have a LOT of leaves .. and our front yard is in a steep slope, so please know it’s not an easy property to clean leaves up…several times we made sure the person on the phone understood that it was not a easy property to clean.. no problem she said the price is $590… so we booked it for two weeks out ….called to confirm took off work they came the day and time they said …..and proceeded to say we can’t do this job and if we did it would be over $1000 ….so I waited two weeks for nothing. When a costumer says it’s a hard hard job because I have done it myself for 10 years …. You should listen ….. they wouldn’t even clean the gutters cause they don’t clean two story gutters … which also when we called we said the back is one the front is two.::…. Very confused …. People answering phones need more training…..very very disappointed

  correct lawn situation

  They sounded great on the phone when initially calling for quote and information. They showed up on day promised and seeded, thatched, etc. my lawn that was in very bad shape. They put down lots of seed and told me to water every day. I followed their instructions and 2 weeks later there was no grass growing. Three weeks later, still no grass. I had to call a few times before I could get a response (unlike when they wanted my business) and I was told I watered too much and that the owner drove by and saw the lawn and said it was fine. However, the problem was with my back lawn, not the front where he would have driven past, and even more interesting is that there is a lock, so the backyard wouldn't even have been accessible. When I pointed this out, I was THEN told that in the spring the grass would come up. (???) So now after almost $1000, I have no grass growing and no hope for grass to magically sprout in the spring. (Remember, when I initially contacted, the grass would start going immediately). Before you hire this company, maybe get something in writing, because I literally just handed this company $1000 for nothing.
