Terrible experience. Dishonest contractor and extremely shoddy construction. On March 13,2017, we signed a contract for Joe Rizzo, owner of Complete Screening, to install new garage door screens. When the screen was installed and we attempted to exit the garage later that day, the door threshold was bent completely by the exiting vehicle due to improper installation of the threshold. Due to the threshold being bent, the screen doors were unable to close at all. At this time, we called Mr. Rizzo to no avail. In order to exit the garage the threshold had to be bent back into place with a hammer every time the vehicle went in or out of the garage, otherwise the doors were completely inoperable. When Mr. Rizzo finally called the following week and came out to inspect the damage, he surmised the driveway was not level and he would have to install a new threshold with leveling devices. He told us he had to order the replacement threshold and it would be at least 3 more weeks before it would be repaired. Mr. Rizzo returned without contacting us to make sure someone was home. He told us he had received the wrong replacement threshold but he was going to repair the damaged one by leveling it and reorder the proper part, returning after at least another 3 weeks to install the new threshold. We have never again seen Mr. Rizzo, nor has he returned the frequent phone messages and texts he has received. We began calling and texting frequently on May 2, 2017. However, all voicemails and texts have remained unanswered.

I had complete screening come to my house to replace screens over my pool area and his 19 yearh old son did the work who told me that he didn’t do this that often. In the process he broke my window and screen door mechanism. He went to Lowes and got more screen and the one panel didn’t match the rest of my screens to dark. The back panel screen which needed replaced was left hanging until new screen was put up. His son was going to pull it down but I told him to leave it so birds wouldn’t come in. His dad showed up today and said the dark panel didn’t matter and the screen hanging was new screen and I told him it wasn’t and he said f—y and he wasn’t going to replace it or fix my window or finish the job. Last words were Sue me. This guy is worthless and unethical. Do not get him to do anything for you. Worst person I’ve dealt with since moving here in 2011. I’m 75 by the way had open heart surgery the end of 2019 and this guy really upset me. DO NOT USE THIS GUY for anything. April 11, 2022
