Hiring this company to build our new construction home will go down in history as the worst decision that my family has made. We hired Complete Services LLC. To build our new construction home. We signed contracts back in the early Fall of 2021. Now, almost 2 years later our home is still not finished.
CS hired incompetent and unqualified sub-contractors to work on our home. Basically making it so our home had to be reworked and almost completely reframed. The owner is horrid to work with. I have never met a person that has worse communication skills. So many mistakes were made on our home and never once did he apologize, take ownership or responsibility for anything. There was little to no supervision throughout the entirety of our project.
We were 2 weeks from being finished with our home when complete services walked off our job for a second time in January of 2023 and served us with a lawsuit and a grossly overstated lien to pay for all of it's cost overages. These overages are due to all of the rework, over-site and incompetence of it's workers.
All of the mistakes made, errors and rework were due to CS lack of supervision.
We have a fixed price contract with CS- which we have PAID IN FULL-
But, somehow in their mind we are supposed to pay all of their overages?
We have multiple sub-contractors that have done correct work on our home and these subs have still not been paid by CS, despite us paying CS in full for these sub-contractor services. (Upwards of $80,000 that CS has not paid to subs).Working with Complete Services truly has been the worst experience of our lives.
Do not hire this company. You will live to regret it.

Worst decision ever! similar issue with others...poor work, no one to oversee the quality, he doesn't pay the sub contractors so expect liens on your house and even from the contractor himself. His crew could care less about quality work or just doesn't know what it is. He talks a big game but can NOT produce. D.O.P.L. has a case against him and so does the Consumer Protection Agency. Do NOT hire them!
