    Would give 0 stars if possible. We are wildfire victims and requested a quote. Were told we could get our trusses within 5 days of quote. We turned down other bidders because they said they could crank it out and touted 37 years experience. After we hired them, took them two weeks longer to get them out to get just our first floor order in, then they would not put in our first floor order in unless we paid them $100K for all three floors up front, but would not give us any plans, no invoice, no design except the first floor. When we objected but offered to pay in full for all the first floor plus all the engineering costs and signed contract or deposit for remainder, they hung up on us . What scammers! Now we are a month behind and we are in the back of the line with other, more reputable and far more professional truss companies. Beware!!!

    Roof Trusses

    My contractor purchased roof truss from your Kingsport store. The trusses were installed but were two trusses short. The contractor's fault. The trusses were not up to the standards of your company. Items of concerned were out of square. Off centered floor Joist and were poorly put together.
    After talking about the trusses with your Kingsport store, I asked for help in getting the job approved by the planning and zoning, and explained I would like someone to come to the site to give me advice on the job to pass code. Your office (they first denied any involvement at all). Later they said it was their trusses, but denied any problems with their trusses. They said they took the drawings from the contractor and made the trusses to his specs. I asked for his drawing without any help. They hung up on me. I cannot get any help from your office. I am concerned with the safety of the trusses and again ask for your help. Note I did not approve of the trusses. The contractor had approved drawings from a licensed engineer. I did not receive the trusses that I had approved. Did the contractor switch the drawings or did your engineers redesign my drawings. I assume you have engineers at your company. I have 24000. $ In a framing roof job that I cannot do anything with. As a customer, again I am asking for your help.
