Con Russell built our home on Orcas Island in 2013. We contracted again with Con Russell to build our garage and shed 5 years after the house was completed. He offered reasonable rates, was easy to work with, built a fine home for us, and gave us excellent suggestions in the way of minor improvements to the house design that we still greatly appreciate 7-plus years later.
