    Custom home

    To set the record straight. Conaway Construction LLC owned by Timothy Conaway of 17471 Whitetail Lane Georgetown DE 19947. This is a custom home builder in Sussex County DE. Only does work in Sussex County. Never had jobs in Kent or New Castle county. Conaway Construction only does custom homes. Some of these reviews do not pertain to the Sussex County Based Conaway Construction LLC

    These guys have no idea what they are doing! Extremely sloppy work on my patio, and very poor responsiveness. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

    Timmy built our home in 2014-2015. We had a great experience. His subcontractors were honest and did quality work. We use many of them to this day for new projects. I feel bad for the woman mentioned in the other review, but we did not experience anything like that.

    Terrible!!!!!!BEWARE!!! This man was working on my mother's garage and on the last day of the job she was leaving for work so she gave him the final payment. He was suppose to get the shingles he needed to finish and he left and never showed up. He said he broke his shoulder in a car accident. 2 weeks went by and still nothing. I have all the messages from him saying he's on a job. Text messages saying he would come back and leave the shingles he owes. He left the mess of the old roof. He blocked me which obviously says he's not coming back. Don't let him do any work he's a thief and a liar
