I would not recommend this builder to anyone, when he finished my constructing my house, a lien was placed on the home because he did pay for lumber, he abandoned the project about 4mths before completion, I had to complete the home myself with my money because he left with approximately $160,000 unaccounted for, all he paid for was the concrete slab, and interior doors approximately $20,000, I was forced to pay in lien which was greater than $20,000 or I would have lost my home.
