BEWARE! BEWARE!!
I had been in contact with Concord Homes for 4 months about building me a new home. Suddenly Zach Gordon tells me that the location in the community was not available and I could only purchase certain lots right now. Well less than 1 month later I have found out that the lot I was going to purchase, and Zach knew exactly which one I was gong to purchase, shows up as sold. They lie!! Do not use this company because they will lie about their work, their quality is definitely going to be horrible if they cannot be straight and honest with all customers.
