  This contractor was a complete joke they left trash all over my property, broke my sprinkler lines cause a $400 water bill, didn’t finish the project, left live electrical unsafely done at my property. Told me the job will take three days and now we have been 2 1/2 months later and the job is still not completed. What a shame , do not work with this company

  Did the job wrong and unsafe. Then illegally asked me to just leave it be and not call the inspector back out. Broke my irrigation, Left garbage. Threatened to have a lean put on my house and said they would not fix the job even though they had already been paid. One thing after another. But I have it all on my cameras and will be reporting to the board of contractors along with everyone else. This is how they treat disabled veterans.

  Patio cover over pond connected to house

  The salesman for Premier Patio Covers came out on 7/7/2017 to quote me the work on building a custom patio. We stressed the main reason for the cover was to provide shade on our pond. He took some measurements and scratched what it would look like on the contract. We signed the contract. He called a few days later to bring another person out to measure. I call the salesman on 7/12 to send me a drawing of the work to be done so I could submit it to my HOA. Called him on the 23rd to see what the delay was. No answer, no return call. Call the main office and spoke to Trevor. He said it was given to us and I said no, we never received anything. They had us scheduled to start work on the 31st. I told him I need a detailed drawing to submit to HOA. He sends me something I could have drawn in 2 seconds with the measurements of the pond, not the whole patio off the roof to cover the pond. It did not even show the footings. Called him back and he says, 'its custom, we put the footings in when we get there'. I asked if they work off a plan or just the seat of their pants. He got mad and said that's what is on the contract. I asked him to come out and he lost his temper and started yelling at me. I told him the contract is cancelled as far as I was concerned. Don't use these guys. Shady!!!!!

  When Premier Patio Covers came to install patio covers on my property, they arrived late and rushed through the job resulting in errors, unfinished and sloppy work, damage to the products installed and messes left on my property and my neighbor’s property. They returned a couple of times to complete the work and correct the problems, however, after inspecting their work, many problem areas were observed. Premier Patio Covers was notified of this and they refused to address the problems. I had warranty questions and workmanship issues so I filed a complaint with the Nevada Contractors Board. The complaint was validated by the inspector who instructed Premier to correct some workmanship issues. It took Premier two trips to my property to properly correct these issues. I also had to ask the investigator to assist me in obtaining the EnergyStar tax credit form from Premier for the insulated ceiling panel installed on my property. I had asked Premier for it and they refused to give it to me, so the investigator got it for me. The Contractors Board couldn’t help regarding the warranty questions, which I never received resolution from either Premier or the product manufacturer, Metals Building Products. I would not recommend this company.
