Within six months the finished product was severely cracked. I attempted to contact Mr. Andrew Tavel many times, with no response. There was no follow-up to repair the damage . The complaint was well within the warranty specifications. Searching his business record with the PA attorney general )July 2014) indicates this business does not exist. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and am in the process of legal action.
