We just purchased an existing house where the front walkway had settled about two inches on a seam, just enough to catch someone's toe and for them to take a header fall into the front concrete steps. I called Concrete Lifting Solutions in Clinton, UT, explained that we were moving into the house in less than a week and needed the front walk lifted if possible before movers arrived. We didn't want a lawsuit if someone tripped on the concrete and hurt themselves. I called Monday morning and talked to Garvin Young and he said he was booked up but he should be able to work me in before the weekend since the house was in Clinton, close to his business. Low and behold, his project that morning completed without a hitch and he was able to fix our sidewalk that afternoon. What an amazing and outstanding result too. We are more than pleased with the result and the cost was very reasonable. Garvin was very personable and professional and we would recommend him to do your concrete lifting. We will definitely use him again if we have any further issues with concrete settling in the future. Thanks again so much Garvin!!!
