When first dealing with Erik and his business, we were very happy with his response time, attention to detail and explanation of the project.
We have an amazing back patio that, outside of them pouring concrete against our flagstone in a jagged line (fixed same week).
Issue: within 4 months, we started experiencing chips on our driveway. We immediately reached out to Erik via email, phone call and text. Until we filed a claim with the BBB months later, we didn't hear a word from Erik and determined he was not going to stand behind his warranty.
I believe that if the concrete work was done right the first time, we would have given Erik a 5 star review. However, we want other potential customers to know that his company will not honor their warranty, but instead argue and dishonor his advertised guarantee.
Four months ago, Erik responded to my wife stating he would fix the problem, but that they were on hold due to COVID. That is something we can respect and we patiently waited to hear back. We just wanted resolve and to be communicated with. Now, 4 months later, he is arguing the validity of our contract.
If you're lucky enough to have a job that never requires them to return, good for you. If you get a bad load of concrete, which will happen, good luck dealing with Erik on a professional level. How unfortunate!
Buyer beware!!

We had a similar issue with a bad pour in addition to some sprinkler heads that were not addressed correctly with the initial project. After months of calls, eventually from a different phone #, Erik honored his warranty and repoured tge driveway.
Of course in Colorado we have unstable ground that moves. All I want his a minor repair and recommendations on what to do in the future for little cracks. Crickets, no call back, no nothing...despite a 3 year warranty.
