    Concrete patio and retaining wall
    $8,000

    If I could rate 0, I would. Unfinished retaining wall work, and multiple “promises” of getting the job done week after week. Workers didn’t show up when promised, and we were asked for an additional $500 halfway through the job. Retaining wall still not finished and ZERO RESPONSE from “Tim” or “Joe”. Do yourself a favor and don’t use these scammers.

    What a scam. Tim is all talk. As others have mentioned, promises to fix poorly done work with no follow through. What a waste of $5,000. They built a retaining wall without the French drains we were contracted for and the mortar is falling out. I’m now left to repair it myself.

    Residential sidewalk replacement

    I contracted with Concrete R Us to replace the sidewalk in front of my home. It was a fairly small job, which they agreed to. On the morning of the final day, which was a Friday, the owner asked for the balance for what was owed, even though the job wasn’t completely finished. While the work was progressing well, I agreed to this as I was not going to be available that evening. This was a huge mistake as the work was not completely finished as promised. After several phone calls and empty promised, I gave up. I cannot recommend this company and do not plan to use them again.

    I had work done by Concrete R Us and would never recommend them to even my worst enemy. The clean up was terrible, the finished product very marginal and when we called for resolution our calls were ignored or the promise to come and redo it was not kept. My error was paying for the work before it was complete. It sounded good until the final payment was made but by then it was too late to do anything about it. If there was a zero rating that would be mine.
