If you're considering polished concrete please do your homework and hire a contractor that has been in the business for many years and is knowledgeable and cares about true craftsmanship and their customer. A responsible concrete professional will know that moisture testing on a concrete slab is a must in order check if your concrete is viable for concrete polishing. Do not agree to this type of flooring without a moisture test being done first. This is a very important step that was missed by Concrete Reflections that caused a huge headache for our family and we lost a lot of money. Moisture was discovered a week in and after we were already 50% financially in contract and work had already started. A total nightmare.
