I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the work Bruce Conway has provided for us. I hired him at the end of October to install two pillars and seal my driveway, and now, in February, I am left with two crooked pillars and a ruined driveway. I refuse to pay for the subpar work he has provided and will be taking legal action against him.
His lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on the services promised is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend that nobody uses his services in the future.
Furthermore, your insistence that the contract does not specify the quality of work to be performed is completely absurd. It should go without saying that the work should be done properly and to a reasonable standard.
