Our condo association regrets doing business with CRI. Their concrete restoration of our balconies has failed in multiple locations, and CRI fails to honor its warranty. Even worse, they have ghosted our HOA board, refusing to return numerous phone calls and e-mails. This business is unethical. CRI lacks integrity.
