Needed to replace the HVAC system for first level of my home, approximately 1300 square feet. 2.0 ton, 16 or 14 Seer was recommended. Condreys Service LLC provided outstanding service. Chris Condrey, the owner, personally inspected the equipment, and patiently informed me about the various choices (technically and financially). He was timely and responsive when I called with additional questions. Mr. Condrey provided all necessary paperwork and warranty certification within 24 hours of the installation.
Mr. Condreys technicians were timely and respeced my home. They too explained the new equipment and were expedient with the installation.
My experiences with contractors had soured until I worked with Mr. Condrey. I highly recommend his services.
