Dishonesty and lack of empathy. This contractor "serviced" the two Air-conditioning units at a house that we were going to purchase. We received the receipt of "service" on 05/21/2020. We moved in on June 19,2020 and the air conditioning units (BOTH) stopped working on June 20,2020. A technician came out and said the units are freezing up because they BOTH are 2lbs (each) low on freon. He also explained that the "tech" that "serviced" them would have seen that in May. I called this company and the "technician" told me " yeah I kind of remember that house, if I remember correctly it was a little cooler and rainy so I might not have caught them being that low." We both know that is not an honest statement and the receipt for his "work" said NOTHING about checking/refilling freon. He did NOT do his job and it is now costing us $14,000 due to Brian's complete and utter negligence. AVOID.
